Back Against The Bars (BATB) Legal Division provides specialized appellate and post-conviction legal services at state and federal levels, offering case evaluations, pro se advocacy support, full legal representation, and strategic aid for clients already working with attorneys. Our mission is to fight for justice through deep legal analysis, tailored strategies, and affordable support options.
Starting with a $1,000 deposit, our case evaluation fees are creditable toward future services, and flexible payment methods are available. BATB also offers investigative services and is committed to uncovering legal misconduct and fighting wrongful convictions with integrity and expertise.
